Using WineIQ

WineIQ is a personal cellar-management tool. By creating an account, you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse the service (no scraping, no abuse of AI features, no impersonation, no automated mass signups).

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We anonymize accounts on self-delete and permanently purge them after a 30-day grace window; deletion cannot be undone after purge.

AI features

Label scanning, enrichment, and pairing use third-party AI providers (OpenAI). Results are best-effort and may be incorrect; always verify before relying on AI-generated information for purchasing decisions.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are managed through your app store account. Cancellation and refund policies follow Apple's standard subscription rules. Subscription tiers and pricing are displayed in-app at purchase time.

Disclaimers

WineIQ is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
